Dr. Coleman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University, a Master of Divinity degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Graham Schools of Missions, Evangelism, and Church Growth at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Coleman was also a U.S. Navy instructor at the Naval Nuclear Training Force Units at Ballston Spa, New York and Charleston, SC. He has ministered in eight different churches as a senior pastor, in missions, or in ministerial education positions. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor in two seminaries instructing undergraduate and graduate courses in evangelism, missions, and church growth. Dr. Coleman is President and Academic and Instructional Coordinator of Bluegrass Baptist Seminary.
